Activate: A Grown-Up Adventure at American Dream Mall
Venturing into Activate at the American Dream mall felt like stepping into a grown-up version of Chuck E. Cheese's. I went with 3 friends, and we dove headfirst into an array of games and challenges, experiencing a rush of adrenaline, competition, and more sweat than expected.
Activate has 9 unique rooms, each with different variations of interactive games such as defeating asteroids hurtling towards us and navigating a maze of lasers.
Depending on the day & time, 45 minutes of playtime will cost you between $25 and $30. In the moment, it does feel short because of how much is to be had, but we were able to explore all 9 rooms and play 12+ games within that time.
